Hi! I am Alex Aust - A professional lacrosse player, Under Armour ambassador, and coach. I am a yoga and sweat instructor who loves to travel great lengths for an awesome meal. I am originally from right outside of DC and played lacrosse at the University of Maryland - National champion and Team USA gold medalist. Go Terps, Go America! I now live in Baltimore, Maryland the city of charm.
I am a director of Finish Line Lacrosse camps and East Coast Select club which coaches over 250 female athletes. I have realized my love for lacrosse will always be there, but the root of my happiness is connecting and helping people. Training individuals, coaching young athletes, empowering women, traveling around the world makes me feel alive. Sharing my experiences and unique takes on life, through good and bad, makes this all worth while and hopefully a little easier and more fun for the next person.
Lacrosse has given me two programs I am passionate about. Mind Body Sisters program which brings influential successful women in front of my High School girls to speak about their journey to the top of their game. The second is the Harlem Lacrosse Foundation offering after school programs for inner city kids. Giving them a chance to learn the game thats given me so much in life!
In my spare time you will find me stalking the cookie aisle of the grocery store for the newest Oreo flavor, testing and trying out any hot new workout, cooking and eating thai food with my family, or hanging out with my cat Bruce and boyfriend Marcus. I am so grateful for this crazy thing called life and just trying my best to grow day by day. I hope to share with you all of my good finds and do this dang thing to the best of my ability!
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that frighten us most".
