New Year’s Resolutions are so 2018. Daily, weekly, monthly intentions is where its at.
I posted about this on my Instagram and got a lot of positive feedback, besides my dad making fun of me for the amount of highlighter colors I have. What can I say, I like pretty colors and it makes me excited about things (some might call it slight OCD, but whatever it works for me) Cue monthly intentions:
Commit to 30 days of…
I’ve found that 30 days is just the right amount of time to create a habit while also being attainable. You are not setting yourself up for failure with a 365 commitment, but you’re also building a lifestyle shift to make yourself a better you!
Here is the format:
Monthly Goal: February 28 Days of Acts of Kindness
Action items:
- Write letters to loved ones
- Express gratitude towards others
- Buy small items for people in need
- Donate/Volunteer
- Call an old friend/teammate
- Compliment others 🙂
